Orders will be processed within two business days. Due to my location, shipping is via Canada Post only. I combine items whenever possible to reduce shipping costs and pass those savings on to you. In order to keep packages as small as possible and reduce shipping costs, I sometimes heat shrink products. Don’t be alarmed when you open your envelope and find a strange, shriveled looking item. Simply remove the packaging being careful not to cut into your item, then give it a shake and a little time to return to its normal shape and size. A few minutes in the dryer on the fluff cycle will speed the process.
I make every reasonable effort to ensure my customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you have a concern, please contact me within five (5) days of receiving your order. If the product is defective or if I have made an error in the processing of your order, I will exchange it for another product of equal or greater value at no cost to you. Please note: remnants of a garment’s previous life such as a stitch line or random buttonhole will not be considered a defect. These are to be expected in re-purposed products. I make every effort to ensure that these will not negatively affect wear or the overall appearance of the finished garment. If you simply wish to return an item, you will be responsible for the shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee will apply. A store credit will be issued for the remaining amount.

Making a purchase requires that you provide your name, address, etc. but this information is kept strictly confidential and never sold, traded or shared with others. You may also be assured that regardless of the payment method you use, I have no access to your account or password.
